STUDY OF THE PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES TO EVALUATE ‎THE QUALITY OF SOME BOTTLED WATER SAMPLES IN DIWANIYAH GOVERNORATE ‎‎/ IRAQ‎

The main objective of the current study is to ensure obtaining pure water by determining the ‎physical and chemical properties such as (TH, EC, pH, Ca, Mg, NO2, PO4, SO4, NO3) in ‎addition to determining the biological properties Total bacteria account (T.P.C). For 14 samples ‎of bottled water circulating in the markets of the city of Diwaniyah (Aafiat, Akram, Nawar, ‎Yaqout, Wahat karbala', Rona, Life, Lulu’a, Login. Dinar, Saha, Sawa, Aquafina, Almas), the ‎obtained results were compared With the standard specifications specified by the World Health ‎Organization and the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment, where it was found from the ‎chemical analyzes of the chemical elements and physical properties of all samples that they were ‎within the standards and specifications of the World Health Organization and the Iraqi Ministry ‎of Health and Environment, while biological analyzes showed that there was bacterial ‎contamination of some samples Water that exceeded the permissible limits, as it showed T.P.C ‎values (564, 252, 170) compared to the permissible limits of 100 (cells / 1 ml)‎‎.
