Open Access

MINAR is an Open Access Journal. Open Access is the condition where the copyright holder of a scholarly work grants usage rights to others using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent) allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.

This is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

We charge our authors fees for acceptance of the publication. We will never charge readers to download articles. MINAR International Journal of Applied Sciences and Technology is free to all, anywhere in the world and perpetuity.

MINAR International Journal of Applied Sciences and Technology also operates under the Creative Commons Licence CC-BY. This allows for the reproduction of articles, free of charge, for any purpose, provided that the original authors are credited for their work. Note the CC-BY license cannot be revoked once granted, therefore published articles cannot be removed from MINAR once accepted for publication.
