We are delighted to announce the release of the 5th issue of the MINAR journal, featuring a dedicated focus on applied sciences and technology. We are confident that the published articles will provide our readers with valuable insights and knowledge.

In the first article, "Survey: Efficient Hybrid Algorithms of Cryptography" by Mays M. HOOBI, various cryptographic techniques are explored, showcasing efficient hybrid algorithms.
